Mission Statement

St. Emydius School is a faith-filled parish school committed to providing a quality Catholic education for the children of the parish. Inspired by the Gospel message and in partnership with parents,the faculty and staff collaborate to help each child become a responsible, faith-filled person, sharing in the mission of Christ and His church.

Philosophy

The clergy, administration, faculty, support staff, parents, and students of St. Emydius School dedicate themselves to implementating philosophy that Catholic education aims at the complete development of the human person.

Parents, students, teachers, support staff, and priests constitute our community of faith and share their experience of prayer, work and recreation. Realizing that parents are the primary educators of their children, the faculty of St. Emydius School works with them to help the child build his/her character by guiding the heart, mind, and will.

This faith community works to create a peaceful, caring atmosphere conducive to learning, growth, and maturity.
